Deposit Policy

At the time of purchase, all bookings require a deposit to be taken by credit card. Please note that a $300 deposit is required to secure a booking during Low Season and $500 during all other times.

All bookings must be paid in full on arrival. Cash, Visa or Mastercard are accepted. Cheques are accepted but must be received 5 days prior to arrival. American Express incurs a 4% surcharge.

All one night bookings must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

Bond Policy

A $250 pre-authorisation transaction will be processed from the credit card supplied at check-in. Cash can be accepted in cases where no credit card is available. Should the apartment be left as it was found with no additional fees incurred, the funds will become available for the card holder within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival, no refund of deposit will be given.
• Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to arrival a refund will be given minus bank fees and charges ie $55.00.
• With all other cancellations made, refunds will be made if the apartment can be relet.
• If a No Show occurs then the full balance will be charged.

Reservations

To confirm a reservation $300 will be charged to secure a reservation in Low Season and $500 in Mid and High Season, one night stays will be fully paid in advance.

Cleaning/Linen Changes and breakages

The apartments are serviced weekly and will have a linen change where the booking is for more than 7 days. If a daily service is requested we are more than happy to provide this service at a fee. As tenants you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please report all breakages, damages & losses as a charge may be incurred.

Unit Allocation

All efforts will be made by management to place guests in the requested apartment. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative apartment will be allocated.

Extra Guests

Tariffs cover 2 persons in a 1 B/R apartment and 4 persons in a 2 B/R apartment. An additional charge will apply for extra guests.

Tariffs

Tariffs are dynamic and subject to change without notice. When a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.
