Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
- A deposit of $300 is required to confirm each booking, a deposit of $500 is required for high season bookings.
Confirmation
- Accommodation will be confirmed only on receipt of deposit paid.
- A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
Cancellation
- Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to check in will receive a refund of deposit, less a $50 administration fee.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days and up to 24 hours of check in will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Payment
- The full balance of the tariff is payable at check in.
- Visa, Mastercard & Amex are accepted. Personal cheques and Diners Club are not accepted.
