Booking Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

  • A deposit of $300 is required to confirm each booking, a deposit of $500 is required for high season bookings.

Confirmation

  • Accommodation will be confirmed only on receipt of deposit paid.
  • A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.

Cancellation

  • Bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to check in will receive a refund of deposit, less a $50 administration fee.
  • Bookings cancelled within 14 days and up to 24 hours of check in will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.

Payment

  • The full balance of the tariff is payable at check in.
  • Visa, Mastercard & Amex are accepted. Personal cheques and Diners Club are not accepted.
